What is a fanlisting?
A fanlisting is simply an online listing of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are) - they are just a place where you can have your name listed along with other fans of the same subject. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not official) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting the fans.

Who is Karasu?
Meaning of "Karasu"
In Japanese, Karasu actually means crow, raven, or blackbird. A reason why this name with that meaning was chosen is probably because the ebony black that Karasu wears and his ability to fly matches that of a crow/raven/blackbird. There are other reasons, too, such that ravens (or crows or blackbirds) are known for bad luck and hence are nicknamed "Bringers of Doom".
Once, the powerful crow demon was his own master, deadly and dangerous as always. He was tall, with long slick dark hair and a pitch black cloak, with no mask. Together with his long-time ally Bui, they challenged the Toguro Brothers in a deadly fight, but were beaten. Both were thrown harshly onto the ground at the time of defeat, but Karasu gained consciousness and commanded to be killed, as that was their only warning. But Younger Toguro merely stated that his time of death was no longer his own decision, and until he could argue he would do as they require. To hide their immense powers, Karasu wore a mask over his mouth and had a different dark, more crow-like cloak that enabled him to fly and helped control his youkai. Bui was immersed completely with heavy armor. Both hoped to challenge the Toguro Brothers again sometime in the future, but sadly, that never happened as the Toguros were always superior and in control. From then on until their deaths, if they continued to be weaker than the Toguros, Karasu and Bui were forced to fight on Team Toguro and pledged themselves, reluctantly, to the cause.
During the Dark Tournament, a competition of demons and [very few] humans in teams of [supposedly] five at Hanging Neck Island with their human managers obsessed on betting their team as victorious, Karasu and Bui fought alongside the Toguro Brothers on Team Toguro. Sakyo, a human who finds joy in gambling while putting his own life on the line and wishes to create a portal where high-class youkai can enter the Human World, is the manager/owner of Team Toguro. His bets on Team Toguro, until the final round, were inevitably correct as they were the many-time reigning champions of the Dark Tournament. During this tournament, Karasu appears in two fights: semi-finals against Mido Renja of Team Gorenja and finals against Kurama of Team Urameshi.
Throughout his status on Team Toguro, Karasu is always considered the bishounen, or literally, the translation of pretty boy in Japanese. He may not so much of have feminine qualities, but by his profile... you can tell why. Karasu has an obvious attraction to the brilliant eyed, violently red haired Kurama, mostly throughout the later part of the Dark Tournament. In his fights Karasu may have a sadistic style of inflicting pain on his opponents in a slow, agonizing death [which did not occur to Kurama], and getting something out of it. Karasu is considered in the range of B-class youkai - as powerful, daunting, and tough, but not an extreme. As a demon, his main offense is bombs, whether by touching and igniting the bomb from inside his opponent or simply summoning a number of explosives ready to fire. The most dangerous part of his body is his mouth, where he can gather flammable objects into it, so without his mask Karasu is ever more so of a deadly and formidable enemy to all he encounters.
